Senator Cochran attended the Delta State University v. Arkansas-Monticello football game at 6 p.m. on Saturday after the “Pig Pickin” festivities.  Cochran, along with state Senator Bob Dearing from Natchez, was introduced on the field after the first quarter of the football game. Senator Cochran hosted a cooking team for the “Pig Pickin” weekend at Delta State University on Saturday, September 13, located in Statesmen Park.   Cochran’s cooking team, also known as “Mighty Fine Swine,” was led by Lee Havens of Cleveland.  The public was invited to come by the tent after the DSU Pep Rally at 3:30 p.m. to visit with Senator Cochran, to eat good food, and to take away “Thad gear.”  Click here to view more several pictures from the event.
