Sarah Janus of Biloxi, Mississippi, won the 9-year-old division in the “Paint-a-Can” contest at the Summer Fair at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.  Each year youth on the Coast paint cans to put on the beach as trash bins.   This year’s theme was “Saluting Our Volunteers.”
